Key Responsibilities
This role is part of the Human Capital, Learning & Development team, supporting SATS L&D needs in Singapore via the SATS Academy, as well as the SATS global L&D agenda with coverage across 3 geographical regions (APAC, EMEAA and the Americas). The primary responsibilities for this role are: 1) Learning Management System management; 2) Global Mandatory Training Management; and 3) L&D programme management. Secondary focus includes L&D analytics, content development, and training facilitation.
Learning Management System (LMS) Management
- Primary manager for LMS for Singapore
- Work with LMS managers in other regions on global LMS governance and consistency
Global Mandatory Training Management
- Maintain governance on global mandatory training
- Global programme manager for global mandatory training, including maintaining standards and processes, communications, and global compliance
L&D Programme Management
- L&D programme management and logistics for key programmes like GAPster training and Built to Lead
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Media, Communications, Psychology or Marketing
- With minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with industry standard LMS like Success Factors / Workday / Saba
- Experience in L&D programme management and logistics support
- Experience in learning content design and development, instructional design or copyediting would be advantageous
- Familiar with media creation skills such as graphics and video editting
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic AI and data related skills would be a bonus
