Key Responsibilities


SuccessFactors System Administration & Enhancements
:

  • Oversee and maintain SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc), ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Technology department and external vendors to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation.
  • Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR and management decision-making.


User Training & Documentation
:

  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure effective system adoption.


Process Improvement
:

  • Analyze HR workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Implement process enhancements to optimize system functionality and user experience.
  • Stay updated with HR technology trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation/support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized through technology.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath) is a plus.
