Key Responsibilities
This role reports directly to Human Capital and is designated to support our non-aviation food solutions businesses. It is based at our west office locations. Job responsbilities include the following:
- Provide strategic HR advice and consultancy to business and operational Senior Management, recommend solutions and provide action plans to the Business Leaders.
- Support delivery of HR activities and processes (such as performance management, manpower planning, compensation and benefit) and ad-hoc projects at the business level
- Responsible for guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives aligned to business/organization’s objectives.
- Support development and delivery of HR strategy and lead communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives and programs within the business area to support a dynamic, fast-paced and high-performance culture.
- Build strong partnership and acts as coach and constructive challenger to the Senior Management.
- Drive an effective approach to performance development with Senior Management and provide effective feedback to motivate high performers and improve poor performers.
- Ensure alignment of HR policies, tools and processes at Group level.
- Ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements.
- Work closely with operating units and Employee Relations to address employee grievances and any other industrial relations related issues.
- Any other duties assigned.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partnering / HR Management role.
- Possess a degree and has good problem-solving skills.
- A team player who is independent, self-confident and has a self-motivated personality.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has the drive to innovate and do things differently and better.
- Possess sound knowledge of Singapore employment law.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
