Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Analyse employee relations trends and recommend proactive interventions to improve workplace harmony.
- Draft and review employee communications, policies, procedures, and employee relations documentation.
Employee Engagement & Communications
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programmes and initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to promote a positive employee experience and strengthen organisational culture.
- Organise employee appreciation and recognition programmes.
SATS Foundation Coordination & Management
- Serve as the HR representative and key coordinator for SATS Foundation initiatives and activities.
- Plan, organise, and oversee employee volunteer programmes aligned with the Foundation's objectives.
- Coordinate fundraising activities, donation drives, charity events, and community outreach programmes.
- Work closely with internal business units, employee volunteers, community partners, and charity organisations.
- Monitor volunteer participation rates, programme effectiveness, and community impact metrics.
- Manage communications relating to Foundation activities, volunteer opportunities, and CSR programmes.
- Support budgeting, reporting, governance, and administrative requirements for Foundation initiatives.
- Ensure Foundation activities comply with company policies, governance requirements, and corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase employee participation in volunteering and community engagement programmes.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management on Foundation activities and outcomes.
Data, Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular employee relations and Foundation activity reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Track and analyse employee relations indicators for employee engagement metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with data privacy and record retention requirements.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements related to employee relations and Foundation activities.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partnering / HR Management role.
- Possess a degree and has good problem-solving skills.
- A team player who is independent, self-confident and has a self-motivated personality.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has the drive to innovate and do things differently and better.
- Possess sound knowledge of Singapore employment law.
- Experience in conducting investigations and/or grievance handling and prior experience in Union relations.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage
