Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of building and facility services, technical equipment, spare parts, and group energy, ensuring alignment with user needs, safety standards, and operational timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal users to clarify specifications and support purchasing processes that meet safety and operational requirements.
- Support sustainable procurement practices by considering environmental impact and supplier compliance in day-to-day sourcing activities.
- Utilize procurement systems and data tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba) to maintain accurate records, monitor supplier performance, and assist with demand planning.
- Collect and analyze procurement data to support reporting and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, supplier evaluations, and contract management under the guidance of senior management.
- Participate in vendor negotiations and supplier engagement to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Support procurement governance by adhering to company policies and procedures, and assist with internal audits or reviews as required.
- Mentor and support junior procurement staff to develop their skills and ensure effective teamwork
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- Procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM) or data analytics skills are a plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in technical procurement, ideally in infrastructure, M&E services, or industrial equipment.
