Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities with business units and countries to enhance the bottom line.
  • Utilize lean methodologies to identify waste and enhance both process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage productivity metrics and available data to launch cost-saving initiatives.
  • Challenge the status quo and seek new solutions: Embrace a growth mindset rather than a fixed one. Focus on generating proposals instead of justifications, as there is always room for improvement.
  • Prioritize the process: Develop a healthy obsession with streamlining processes and optimizing resource use. Encourage team members to contribute improvements and adopt a problem-solving approach.
  • Conduct deep dives: Enhance performance through thorough diagnostic investigations of operations and data. Be bold in uncovering the root causes of issues.
  • Rely on data: Utilize detailed information for informed decision-making, both internally and externally. Data is a valuable tool for fostering employee ownership of processes. Remember, what gets measured gets managed and improves.
  • Support in designing and driving full implementation of group-wide operational excellence program that enables accelerated continuous improvement
  • Improve service level quality to boost customer satisfaction and attract more business.
  • Support Team Leads in any other implementation.
