Key Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with HCBPs to understand current and future job roles, proactively recommending changes or developing new rewards components to retain and attract talent.
  • Review existing job architecture/catalogue, grade structure, salary ranges, etc. and proactively recommending changes when necessary.
  • Stay informed of country legislative changes, employment and job trends, and rewards best practices to ensure our rewards components are market competitive and in compliance with internal company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform market research and benchmarking exercises; upkeeping data depository.
  • Develop, implement and govern rewards related company policies and Rewards team SOPs for businesses and subsidiaries in Singapore and APAC countries. 
  • Create and maintain internal compensation reports and dashboards for both Rewards team and HCBP team usage.
  • Partner with Global Rewards team to adopt global frameworks and best practices to ensure a fair and consistent approach across the Group.
  • Conduct internal trainings for Human Capital team on rewards as part of cross-functional knowledge and capability development.
  • Support adhoc Human Capital related projects and work as needed.

Key Requirements

 

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant rewards experience, having a track record of designing, maintaining and implementing rewards programs. Familiar and experienced in working with external dataset from providers such as Mercer, SNEF, Aon, WTW, etc.
  • Ability to solve problems through a data-driven approach and developing various recommendations balancing business, market and employee priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple rewards programs and processes during peak period of the financial year-end; achieving goals and deadlines through collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, rewards financial modelling, HRIS (Success Factors) compensation module. Advanced excel skills is a must. PowerBI is a plus.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills; ability to effectively summarize problems, synthesize data results and communicate solution proposals for management decision making.
