Key Responsibilities


The SATS Employee Benefits team is seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about enhancing employee well-being and driving success. Incumbents will lead transformative initiatives to simplify operations, elevate employee experience, and inform strategic decision-making in benefits design.

•    Responsible for renewal data preparation, insight analysis, vendor engagement, and billing verification to support effective and timely employee insurance renewals
•    Manage business travel escalations, address system gaps with Technology teams, and refine workflows, policies, and communication to ensure seamless employee travel
•    Develop and maintain benefits‑related employee materials, including policies and communications, to strengthen understanding and engagement through clear, behaviour‑based content
•    Optimise the SharePoint knowledge hub and develop an AI agent to enhance information access and improve operational efficiency
•    Lead all benefits data and reporting activities to deliver insights that enhance operations, inform decision-making, and shape policy and plan design
•    Co-Lead the Long Service Awards (LSA) programme, from vendor selection to delivering a memorable and well-executed annual celebration experience

Key Requirements


•    Degree or Diploma with 6–10 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of full‑spectrum HR interdependencies, operations, service levels, and process mapping
•    Digitally fluent in HR systems and Microsoft tools to enable automation and improvements
•    Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and service partners
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, intuitive language
•    Demonstrate ownership and initiative to lead programmes end‑to‑end with minimal supervision 
•    Passionate about continuous improvement, bringing curiosity and a future-focused mindset
•    Proficiency in data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
•    Data‑driven approach to translate insights into recommendations and operational improvements
