Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of the ByteDance account by coordinating client stakeholders, onsite operations, finance, procurement, and support functions. Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial control, service quality, client satisfaction, and leading the onsite Operations Executive team across dining halls and pantry locations.
- Act as the primary liaison for client stakeholders and manage enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, SLAs, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Track labour, food, pantry, and operating costs, and support financial reporting and budget control.
- Supervise Operations Executives and oversee manpower deployment, performance, training, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety standards, quality requirements, and operational governance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations and support special events and catering services.
- Prepare operational dashboards, analyse performance metrics, and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects, new service implementations, and client programmes.
Key Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• WSQ Food Safety Level 3 required; HACCP certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in F&B, catering, hospitality, or workplace dining operations, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing corporate catering or large-scale client accounts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, operations management, budget control, KPI reporting, and service excellence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience in operational reporting and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
