Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Human Resource Shared Services Operations on the full spectrum of Recruitment activities.
- Liaise with successful candidates and relevant parties on pre-employment arrangements. (e.g. Collection of personal documents, arrangement of pre-employment medical examination, application of airport pass and airside safety course etc.)
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires of all levels.
- Liaise with the Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) and other stakeholders on enquiries.
- Manage data validation and amendments in SuccessFactors (SF) and Data quality.
- Assist on completion of staff employment life cycled, i.e: includes Transfer, Promotion and Departure.
- Able to work on the streamlining workflows and automating processes where feasible.
- Other ad-hoc assignment/responsibilities as assigned and competent to do.

- Highly organized and possess the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including automation applications.
- Has high initiative and independent team player who is able to work with minimum supervision.

- Positive with a team-oriented attitude, diligent and keen to learn.
- Good writing and communication skills.
