Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic and refresher AIC training for new and existing hires respectively (both SATS staff and service crew);
- Maintain staff training attendance records for internal and external audit purpose;
- Track and schedule staff for licence renewals (including but not limited to, Airside Driving Permit, PLB certification etc.);
- Monitor and arrange staff to attend refresher trainings (both internal and external) as necessary;
- Attend train-the-trainer courses by airlines and conduct subsequent trainings for staff as necessary;
- Update and ensure AIC training materials are up-to-date;
- Update staff roster as and when required;
- Assist in departmental administrative matters when assigned, including but not limited to, staff engagement and communication;
- Perform any other related duty for which the staff is qualified and detailed to do so by his/her superior.
Key Requirements
Local Diploma in any field
Proficient in microsoft word and excel
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage training records and documentation
Good time management and multitasking ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
